The details
The Foot Clan leader climbs out of the garbage truck for round two. NECA's Ultimate Shredder is based on his Secret of the Ooze look, with a removable mask, a soft fabric cape and the movie's best props: the giant mutated dandelion, a vial of ooze and a mutagen canister, plus a spear, a katana with sheath and alternate hands.
Secret of the Ooze was the one with Vanilla Ice and "Go Ninja, Go Ninja, Go!", and this is the Shredder who drank the last of the ooze. He comes in NECA's five-panel Ultimate box with an opening front flap.
