The details
Pale blue skin, purple hood, yellow skull. This is the Skeletor from the original toy box, sculpted fresh for Mattel's 7-inch Masterverse line with 30 points of articulation.
He carries the ram-headed Havoc Staff and a Power Sword, with extra hands for holding either. The harness, armored skirt and hood come off if you want to rebuild the look.
This Vintage Collection run was a Walmart exclusive and Walmart no longer sells it directly. New and sealed in the window box, with light corner wear.
