The details
The Dark Archer taught Oliver Queen to shoot, then turned his skills to the League of Assassins. McFarlane's Collector Edition #40 gives him up to 22 points of articulation, a bow, an arrow cluster, a quiver and a display base.
Every Collector Edition figure comes with an art card: character art on the front and a biography on the back. This is the standard release, not the Platinum chase.
New and sealed in the original window box. A store clearance sticker sits on the front corner. Collector figure, ages 12 and up.
